When The Sun Loves The Moon - Thesis

Introducing Selene and Aurora. Selene is the goddess and caretaker of the moon, and Aurora reigns as the goddess of the sun. Sparks flew when they first touched. It was infatuation at first sight, and there’s so much history to be made.They hid their relationship at first, yearning for one another but knowing the leader of the pantheon, Time, would not approve. There had never been a gay relationship in the pantheon. It would break the status quo, and there’s nothing Time hated more than deviating from the “laws of the universe”.This kickstarter features 5 products centered around Selene and Aurora’s love. These products include wooden pins, keychains, stickers, and tapestries.The kickstarter has ended!

About the artist:

Anya Woodbury, owner of Solace Illustration, is a Portland-based artist with a BFA in illustration from Pacific Northwest College of Art. Anya often uses bright colors in their work to portray the silliness and vibrance of life. It is their hope that others find a sense of passionate comfort within their own identities and see themselves within Anya’s work.Anya’s queer identity is often mirrored within their characters and narratives. Anya dreams of a world where everyone can find artistic expressions of themselves out there. In hopes of moving towards this dream, Anya strives to create a sense of community through their work.
